XXVth World Road Congress, Seoul, 2-6 November 2015 

Already 1300 participants are registered to the Seoul Congress. Make sure you register online http://www.piarcseoul2015.org before 19 October. After that date, on site registrations will be available in the COEX convention center.

Life of the Association
  • Mr Priit Sauk, Director of Estonia's Road Administration, has been appointed First Delegate, replacing Mr Lauri Lugna.
  • Mr Paulo Andrade has been appointed First Delegate of Portugal and Chairman of the Portuguese National Committee. He replaces Mr João Carvalho.

Strategic Plan 2016-2019

The new Strategic Plan of the Association includes an additional Strategic Theme entitled Climate Change, Environment and Disasters. It is PIARC's contribution to the current debate and concerns about climate change, which will be the subject of the United Nations Conference on Climate Change (COP 21) to be held in December in Paris.
