In July 1911, a modest 45-page booklet with a gray cover titled "Bulletin of the Permanent International Association of Road Congresses" was published in French, English, and German. Its goal was to share the work of the association, which had been founded two years earlier, with the world. No one could have predicted that this publication would surpass a century of existence. Paris (France), May 13-14, 2024 The latest version of the risk assessment software for hazardous materials in tunnels, DG-QRAM, was released a year ago in April 2023. Therefore, it was necessary to train new users on this update. This was accomplished on May 13 and 14 with the assistance of the French Center for Tunnel Studies (CETU), one of the software's developers, the Swiss company WSP-BG, and the training organization Ponts Formation Conseil (PFC), with a one-and-a-half-day training session organized in Paris for the software's practitioners. >> More information
