  • Definition : Methodologische aanpak die zijn principes ontleent aan een geactualiseerde synthese van het werk van een groot aantal wetenschappers en academici over de hele wereld, gebaseerd op de regeneratiesnelheid van het leefmilieu en op billijkheid in het efficiënte gebruik van hulpbronnen voor de samenleving. 1. De methodiek werd in Zweden ontwikkeld door dr. Karl-Hendrik Robert en bewerkstelligt consensus over vier grote principes: regeneratief gebruik, assimilatievermogen, productieve aanpassing en billijke herverdeling. 2. De aanpak heeft ingang gevonden in Canada, de Verenigde Staten, Nieuw-Zeeland, Australië, het Verenigd Koninklijk, Nederland, Noorwegen, Denemarken en Zweden, zowel bij overheden als in bedrijven.
