This international Seminar was organised by the PIARC Technical Committee C2.5 on Rural Roads and Accessibility in co-operation with the Royal Government of Cambodia-through the Ministry of Rural Development.

Twenty-six papers were accepted by the Organising Committee for presentation and discussion at the seminar.

Over 100 participants attended the seminar, more than 60 from overseas.
