  • Definition : Middel voor verplaatsingen met gematigde snelheid, vooral in 30 km/h-zones. 1. Het kan gemotoriseerd (kleine elektrische persoonenauto, elektrische scooter, groene auto), halfgemotoriseerd, dit wil zeggen met hulpmotor (elektrische fiets, elektrische vouwscooter), of niet-gemotoriserd zijn. 2. Halflangzaam vervoer omvat voertuigen voor een specifiek doel (elektrische rolstoelen, caddykarren), voor gezinsgebruik (meerzitfietsen, vierwielers, gezinsriksja's), voor recratief gebruik (quads, microvoertuigen) of voor stedelijk gebruik (skadeboards, rollerblades, rolschaatsen).
