New options for mobility and transport infrastructure in the post-carbon society
This article argues that we need to consider new options for mobility and transport infrastructure in a post fossil fuel society. It also argues that the path already taken by developed countries does not provide a route map for those that are following. How to deliver new options across the varying backdrops of the developed and developing world is the key question.
