Impact of Covid-19 Crisis on Mobility and Highlights on the Place of Transport and Road Infrastructure in the European Recovery Strategy
Considering the Covid-19 crisis impacts on transport and mobility sectors, this working group firstly analysed mobility changes before and during the pandemic. Then, the National Recovery and Resilience Plans were analysed to assess the importance and the main policy proposals for the transport sector, and notably the road. This comparative analysis focuses on eleven countries: Spain, France, Italy, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Sweden, Croatia and the United Kingdom, the latter considered as an independent entity since February 2020.
