Creation of an agency for transport infrastructure funding in France

Resources from the road sector and in particular motorway company dividends will fund this agency that is entirely devoted to financing transport infrastructures. This is a major political decision for France, who does not have specific road funds and who until now has always returned all taxes and specifically petrol tax, to general revenue.
