Road pricing, financing, regulation and equity: a summary of the PIARC Seminar in Cancun, Mexico

PIARC's international seminar on issues related to road pricing as a financing, regulatory, and equity tool was held in Cancun, Mexico, from 11 to 13 April 2005. This article will outline the experiences and the projects that were presented at the seminar and will endeavour to give an overview of road pricing.
