PIARC’s Technical Committee 3.4 "Environmental Sustainability in Road Infrastructure and Transport" welcomes you to their next online conference on sustainable roads and eco-infrastructures, on 18 and 19 May 2021.
The aim of this event is to facilitate an open and constructive dialogue between researchers and practitioners based on research and practical experience in order to foster a better understanding of roads sustainability and eco infrastructures in the context of energy transition and climate change.
Researchers and practitioners from all countries, especially PIARC member countries, are going to attend the conference and share their knowledge and experience regarding the following subjects:
- Impact of roads and traffic on the environment
- Methods and devices protecting human and natural environment
- The impact of climate change on roads resilience and sustainability
- New technologies, materials, trends
- COVID-19 impact on human and natural environment
How do I register?

The entrance fee is 80€ (covers the participation of one person, access to the materials related to the event and an electronic certificate confirming participation in the Forum). The webinar will be held in English and Polish with a simultaneous translation during the whole event.

The conference is on 18 and 19 May 2021, from 10AM-3:30PM (Poland time).
