What do we mean by transparency?

For the purposes of this survey, transparency involves:

• Sharing information among stakeholders (anyone impacted by the project) on important matters, both internally and externally.
• Maintaining openness, accountability, and honesty about project spending.
• Maintaining active and effective communication with all stakeholders.

About the Survey

• Estimated Completion Time: Approximately 30 minutes.
• Number of questions: 34.
• Languages available: English, French, and Spanish.

Structure

The questionnaire is divided into two parts:

• Part I focuses on gathering general information about your organization and its activities.
• Part II dives into specific questions related to transparency practices at different stages of road projects (e.g., procurement, implementation, maintenance, and operation).
