Save the date: PIARC Seminar and Workshop at the 5th ICHE 2024 in Bangkok

The 5th International Conference on Highway Engineering (iCHE 2024) will host two pivotal PIARC events in Bangkok this September. The PIARC International Seminar on the "Transport Agency of the Future" and the PIARC Workshop on "Future-Proofing Road Safety for Asia and Beyond" will provide a platform for experts to exchange insights and innovations in road safety and transport infrastructure.

Save the date: PIARC Seminar and Workshop at the 5th ICHE 2024 in Bangkok

The highly anticipated 5th International Conference on Highway Engineering (iCHE 2024) is set to take place from 4-6 September 2024 at the Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC) in Bangkok, Thailand. This year's theme, "Future-Proofing Road Safety for Asia and Beyond", promises to bring together experts and professionals from across the globe to discuss the latest advancements and strategies in road safety and transport infrastructure.

In conjunction with iCHE 2024, the PIARC International Seminar titled "Transport Agency of the Future" will be held from 4-6 September 2024. Organized by the PIARC Technical Committee 1.1 on the Performance of Transport Administrations, this seminar aims to explore innovative approaches to future transport agency operations.

Additionally, the PIARC Workshop on "Future-Proofing Road Safety for Asia and Beyond", organized by the PIARC Technical Committee 3.1 on Road Safety, will take place on 4 September 2024. These events offer a comprehensive platform for knowledge exchange and professional networking.

Furthermore, the PIARC Technical Committees will convene for their respective meetings on 2-3 September 2024. These meetings are exclusive to committee members and will focus on discussing key topics and planning future initiatives.

During the conference, PIARC will also take the opportunity to recognize the Road Association of Thailand (RATh) as the PIARC National Committee in Thailand.
