Researchers, practitioners, and experts in the field are invited to contribute to the congress by submitting papers that explore innovative case studies, research findings, or practical experiences related to these core themes.

Papers should be submitted in English (highly recommended), Spanish, or French and must not exceed 400 words. Submissions should be original and unpublished. Any political, commercial, or promotional references should be avoided, and brand names must not be used in titles or texts.

The papers will be reviewed anonymously by PIARC’s Technical Committees, and authors will be notified of the decision by April 15, 2025. Successful authors will be invited to submit a full paper by July 15, 2025, in any of the three official languages of the congress: English, French, or Spanish. Submissions in multiple languages are encouraged to ensure the broadest dissemination of ideas.

Accepted papers will be presented during poster sessions and included in the official conference proceedings. Exceptional papers will also be selected for oral presentation during the technical sessions of the congress. Prizes will be granted to the best individual papers.

Join us in contributing to the future of road resilience and winter service by submitting your paper for consideration among the 23 selected topics.

The deadline for submissions is January 31, 2025.
